The day after Christmas friends and family gathered around a Flint staple to pay their respects and say goodbye to a greatly missed local, Ryan Bellows. They painted an amazing tribute to an amazing human.
The Flint Rock
There is a rock on the corner of Hammerberg and 12th in Flint that is a canvas for expression. People come to pay tribute to deceased family and friends, or to convey their respect for a city well worn and loved. On this day a family was shouting their heartache for a fallen loved one in the best way they knew how, and even though the mural may be temporary, the memory will last forever.
